Thousands of files
A single package runs to hundreds of documents, each citing others by number and revision.

BravoDoc reads your Design Basis, specifications and drawings, compares them, and flags missing references, outdated revisions and conflicting values — in seconds, not weeks.

The problem
Engineering teams work with thousands of files — Design Bases, specifications, drawings, standards. Checking them by hand is slow and inconsistent, and what slips through comes back as rework, compliance risk and lost time.
A single package runs to hundreds of documents, each citing others by number and revision.
1,000sEngineers read line by line to confirm that a value, a count or a revision matches everywhere it appears.
weeksAn outdated revision or a mismatched rating found on site costs far more than one found on paper.

The answer
BravoDoc reads and checks documents using language models and OCR.
It finds missing data, wrong values and outdated standards.
It produces a clear report showing what needs attention, and where.
Who it is for
Engineering managers
One report across every document, instead of trusting that each reviewer caught what crossed into another discipline.
Document controllers
Every cited document is matched to the set and its current revision — the check that is easiest to skip by hand.
QA and compliance
A report that lists what was compared, what disagreed and where, kept with the package.
EPC contractors and owners
A rating that differs between the Design Basis and the specification costs an email now, and a change order later.
Live demo
Drop a few PDFs or Word files from one project. The checks run in your browser — nothing is uploaded. No documents at hand? Run the sample package.

This demo runs BravoDoc’s cross-check rules on text it can read. Scans and CAD files need the OCR layer, which is part of the pilot.

Validation report
How it works
PDF and Word today; drawings and scans with OCR in the pilot.
Document numbers, revisions, standards, quantities and design values are extracted and matched.
Every finding points to the document, the page and the line.
A report the team can work through, share and keep with the package.
Cost
Put in your own numbers. This is the cost of the check as it is done now — the pilot measures how much of it BravoDoc takes off, on your documents.

Working now
Text, tables and title blocks from the formats a package actually ships in.
Document numbers, revisions, standards with editions, quantities and rated values.
Every cited document is matched against the set and its current revision.
Findings sorted by severity, each with its source line.
In development
Verify that drawing layouts follow the client’s standards and specifications.
Track what changed between document revisions — Rev 1 → Rev 2 — automatically.
Count components on the drawing itself and match them to the list: 20 switches in the list, 20 on the drawing.
DWG, DXF and scanned PDFs read as text, so nothing in the package is skipped.
Under the hood
Your documents
The demo on this page reads files in your browser. There is no upload, no server and no copy — close the tab and they are gone.
BravoDoc is built cloud-ready for AWS and Azure. Where it runs for your pilot, and who can see the documents, is set before any file is shared.
A version tuned to your numbering, your document types and the standards you work to — not a generic checker.
For a co-development partner the model is open: a shared result, or a version for your use only.
Roadmap
The AI validation core: reading, extraction and cross-reference checks.
Your standards and your limits, written as rules the validator applies.
Integrations with your document system, and models that learn from your projects.

Partnership
We are looking for an engineering partner to take BravoDoc into production — on your documents, against your standards.

FAQ
No. It reads every document against every other one and lists what does not agree, with the line it found it on. An engineer decides what each finding means. The time it saves is the searching and comparing, not the judgement.
PDF and Word today, which is what the demo on this page uses. Scanned PDFs and drawings (DWG, DXF) need OCR, which is in development and part of the pilot.
Today it checks that every standard is cited in the same edition across the package — IEC, EN, ISO, DIN and others, by number. Checking content against your own standards and limits, as custom rules, is the next step on the roadmap.
In the demo, nowhere: files are read in your browser. In a pilot, where it runs and who can see the documents is agreed with you before any file is shared. It is built cloud-ready for AWS and Azure.
You choose a real document package. We tune the checks to your numbering and standards, run them, and go through the findings with your engineers. You see what it catches on your own work before any wider rollout.
A pilot is scoped with you, depending on the package and the rules it needs. Ask for a proposal through the form below.
